Blind LGBT Pride International

We are proud to be the largest organization of LGBT individuals with vision impairments in the country, if not the world. Thank you for considering joining Blind LGBT Pride, a special Interest Affiliate of the American Council of the Blind (ACB). We have three types of membership.
• Standard Membership - dues are $12.00 for a one year membership
• Student Membership - dues are $6.00 for a one year membership
• Lifetime Membership - dues are $300.00 for a lifetime membership

Lifetime membership dues are put into an Endowment Fund where the interest income is used to support the organization. Lifetime membership dues can be paid in installments over a one year period. Please contact George Ashiotis, Membership Chair, at Membership@Blind-LGBT-Pride.org for more information about this option. George Ashiotis can also answer any questions you have about membership in Blind LGBT Pride.

Upon receipt of your membership dues, you will be receiving, via e-mail, a welcome packet containing the Blind LGBT Pride Constitution and Bbylaws, a current issue of our newsletter, "Inside Out," and a current issue of the ACB newsletter "The Braille Forum" to help you better understand our affiliate in our parent organization.

Blind LGBT Pride has two listserv mailing lists that you can sign up for. The BlindLGBTPride-Announce is an announcements only list where announcements are sent from the Board of Directors. BlindLGBTPride is a discussion list which allows you to post messages to communicate with others on the list. These listserv mailing lists are hosted by ACB.
To sign up for these mail list and other ACB list servs that might be of interest, go to ACB's Email List Page at http://www.acb.org/signup.html. This page has a list of all the email list servs from various ACB affiliates. Look for Blind LGBT Pride in the list.

To become a member or renew your membership follow the instructions below. You will be taken to PayPal where you can pay dues with a credit card or a PayPal account.
